Payoneer does not send dollars to Egypt, you can only withdraw with their master card from any ATM
With Freelancer you can withdraw your money directly to your bank account in Egypt with wire transfer (costs you 50 $)

About month and half . But the master card is more expensive than making bank withdrawal through payoneer.

I recommend creating paysera account, it gives you a visa card which is better than master card
Master cards are not accepted by skrill nor paypal
